1. When will I receive my order?

All orders are placed by 10 am and ship the same day. After your order processes, you will receive an email with your order confirmation. Once your package ships, you will receive a separate email with tracking information and you will soon be able to log into your account to track your order.

2.What are your shipping costs?

The cost of shipping and handling is RM3 . Shipping & handling to Kelantan is free.

3.How do I track my order?

After your order ships, you’ll receive a notification email with a tracking number and link, so you can check on your shipping status and know when to expect your order. The tracking number will show when you place an order and when it gets delivered. For more detailed tracking, Priority Shipping upon checkout.

4. How can I change my shipping address?

 If you contact us within a few hours after placing your order we will do our best to change your address. Unfortunately, once your order is processed, we cannot change your address. Please email us at support@popinara00@gmail.com with your order number if you believe your package won’t arrive at you.

5.How can I cancel my order?  

Unfortunately, once your order is processed it cannot be canceled as it’s already on its way to being shipped. Nevertheless, if you email us within 12 hours after you place your order to support popinara00@gmail.com, there is a slight chance we can cancel it in time! If your order is processed and on its way to you and you’d like to return it, you can write RETURN TO SENDER on the package (without opening it) and have it sent back to us for a refund minus an RM3 shipping and handling fee. Please email us at support@popinara00@gmail.com if you’re in this situation.

6. What types of payment do you accept?

We accept Visa and cash on delivery.

7. Can I return my order for a refund?

 Yes, you can return your order under the popinara Guarantee. If you are not 100% satisfied with our product, we will create a solution for you. You can return the product within 1day of receiving it. We will send you a return label and you will receive a refund* minus a shipping and handling fee RM3. *Returns are applicable only for Kelantan orders. Please email support@ popinara00@gmail.com and provide your full name, order number, and reason for your return and we’d be happy to assist you.
